Privacy Policy

Play XI helps Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers review a public team, plan a Gameweek and compare transfer ideas. This page explains what information the service handles and how it is used.

Information you provide

• Account information: if you sign in with Google, Play XI receives the basic profile information Google provides for sign-in, such as your email address and, where available, your name and profile picture. Play XI uses this information to create and identify your account. It does not request access to your Google contacts, Drive, calendar, or other Google services.
• FPL Team ID: if you connect a team, you provide its public FPL Team ID. Play XI uses it to retrieve the publicly available team, squad, picks, points and related FPL data.
• Saved plans: when you are signed in, your FPL Team ID and saved Gameweek lineup plans can be stored with your account so they can be restored across sessions.
• Purchases: if you buy a Gameweek unlock, Play XI stores your account ID, FPL Team ID, Gameweek, order status and payment identifiers so it can grant access and handle refunds. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Browser storage: Play XI stores settings and planning data in your browser, including your Team ID and recommendation history. Clearing the site’s browser storage removes these local copies.

How information is used

We use this information to provide sign-in, restore your saved team and Gameweek plans, and display FPL data and planning features. Google account data is used only to authenticate you and identify your Play XI account. Play XI does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Where information is processed

Google provides sign-in. Supabase provides authentication and account data storage. The FPL Team ID is used to request publicly available data from the Fantasy Premier League service. If you buy an unlock, Dodo Payments processes checkout and payment and sends Play XI payment status notifications. These providers process information to deliver their respective services under their own privacy terms. Play XI does not receive your FPL password and cannot make transfers on your behalf.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” Play XI loads Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity may collect usage, device and browser information and use cookies to connect visits. Advertising storage is disabled for this integration. Sign-in details are masked from recordings. The same choice also enables PostHog for anonymous page views and app-screen counts. PostHog may receive browser and device information and use browser storage to count visits. We disable PostHog’s automatic click capture and session replay, and do not send account emails, FPL Team IDs, or checkout URL parameters. Neither analytics service starts before you opt in. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the app; withdrawing permission stops tracking after the page reloads. Learn more in the PostHog Privacy Policy.

Storage and security

Signed-in account information and saved team plans are stored by Supabase. A sign-in session is kept in your browser so you do not need to sign in on every visit. Local planning data remains in your browser unless you clear it. Access to cloud-saved team data is restricted to the signed-in account that owns it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not share access to your account or device.

Retention and deletion

Cloud-saved account data and plans are kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your Play XI account and associated saved data, email vinay2027@mastersunion.org from the account email address. You can remove local copies by clearing site data in your browser. Payment records may be retained where needed for refunds, accounting, security or legal obligations.

Children and changes

Play XI is a general FPL planning service and is not designed for children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows when it was last revised.
